Pengelolaan Harta Keluarga dalam Kerangka Maqasid Syariah Menuju Keseimbangan dan Keberkahan
Abstract
This article discusses the concept of "Family Wealth" within the framework of Maqasid al-Shariah, with a focus on efforts to ensure balance and blessings in its management. Maqasid al-Shariah, consisting of five core objectives—preservation of religion, life, intellect, lineage, and wealth—provides a strong foundation for managing family wealth to achieve fair and sustainable welfare. In the context of family, wealth management is not only viewed from a material perspective but also from the spiritual and moral values embedded in Islamic teachings. This article explores the Islamic principles that can be applied to create a balance between fulfilling worldly and spiritual needs, as well as how blessings in wealth management can enhance the quality of family life. Through this study, it is hoped that insights will be gained regarding the importance of harmony between economic and ethical aspects in achieving the objectives of Maqasid al-Shariah, while also emphasizing the role of wealth in ensuring a meaningful and blessed life for each family member.
