Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents and analyzed with SmartPLS to test validity, reliability, and relationships among variables. The findings reveal that accessibility and Islamic financial literacy have a positive and significant effect on both saving decisions and interest in saving, where interest successfully mediates their impact. Meanwhile, brand awareness significantly affects only interest in saving but still indirectly influences saving decisions through that interest. These results highlight the importance of improving banking accessibility, enhancing Islamic financial literacy education for the public, and strengthening brand awareness to encourage greater interest and decisions to save. The originality of this study lies in combining accessibility, brand awareness, and Islamic financial literacy with interest in saving as a mediator, offering a fresh perspective in exploring factors affecting saving decisions within the context of Islamic banking. This research contributes to better understanding customer behavior and provides practical insights for Islamic banks like BSI KC Salatiga to develop strategies that can effectively attract and retain saving customers.
Wafi Magribi Copyright (c) 2025 J-DBS: Journal of Darunnajah Business School https://ejournal.darunnajah.ac.id/index.php/J-DBS/article/view/571 Wed, 31 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Pengaruh Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Dan Earnings Per Share Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Sektor Perbankan Tahun 2021 - 2024 https://ejournal.darunnajah.ac.id/index.php/J-DBS/article/view/727
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), dan Earnings Per Share (EPS) terhadap harga saham perusahaan sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2021 hingga 2024. This study aims to examine the influence of coworker support and work commitment on job stress among online motorcycle taxi drivers in South Jakarta. Employing a quantitative approach, this research collected data through a Google Form-based questionnaire distributed directly to online motorcycle taxi drivers, yielding 135 responses analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) to evaluate the relationships between variables. The findings indicate that coworker support has a significant effect on job stress, with a p- value of 0.002, underscoring the critical role of interpersonal relationships in mitigating stress levels. In contrast, work commitment does not significantly affect job stress, as evidenced by a p-value of 0.892.
Afiq Fairuz Ardani, Engga Jalaludin, NurMajdina Copyright (c) 2025 J-DBS: Journal of Darunnajah Business School https://ejournal.darunnajah.ac.id/index.php/J-DBS/article/view/647 Wed, 31 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 The Effect of Compensation on Job Satisfaction with Work-Life Balance as an Intervening Variable: A Study at PT. The sampling technique employed is convenience sampling, a part of non-probability sampling. Using multiple linear regression, the analysis methods applied include descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing regarding the effect of sales-based financing (X1) and profit-sharing financing (X2) on financial performance (Y). The results show that, simultaneously, sales-based financing and profit-sharing financing have a positive effect on financial performance, as evidenced by the F-test results, where the significance is 0.041 < 0.05, and the calculated F value is 3.584 > 3.327 (F-table). The sales-based financing variable does not significantly affect financial performance, as seen from the t-test, where the significance is 0.820 > 0.05, and the calculated t value is -0.230 < 2.043 (t-table). Profit-sharing financing also does not significantly affect financial performance, as proven by the significance of 0.820 > 0.05 and the calculated t value of -0.230 < 2.043 (t-table).
Wildan Syuhada, Engga Jalaludin, NurMajdina Copyright (c) 2025 J-DBS: Journal of Darunnajah Business School https://ejournal.darunnajah.ac.id/index.php/J-DBS/article/view/662 Wed, 31 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700
