Abstract

Abstract

One of the success factors of a company's performance is the effectiveness of its accounting information system. The effectiveness of the accounting information system greatly influences the results of employee performance. Another factor that can affect the performance of company employees is work motivation. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of the effectiveness of accounting information systems and work motivation partially and simultaneously on employee performance This study uses quantitative research methods, the sample used is the entire population, namely 30 respondents. Data analysis used uses the outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing using Smart-PLS. The results of the hypothesis test for the Accounting Information System variable have a positive and significant influence on the performance variables of  employees. Mangun Jaya, this is proven by the T-statistic of 3.295 sig 0.000. The variable of work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable of employees. Mangun Jaya, this is proven by the T-statistic of 3.931 sig 0.000. Based on the R-Square value, it influences the variables X1 (Accounting Information System) and X2 (Work motivation). Y (employee performance) is 0.819 which means it has a strong relationship.
