DETERMINASI STRES KERJA PENGEMUDI OJEK ONLINE: STUDI EMPIRIS PADA PENGEMUDI GOJEK DI JAKARTA SELATAN
Abstract
The increasing popularity of online motorcycle taxi driving as a profession in recent years is accompanied by significant challenges that often trigger work related stress, particularly those associated with coworker support and work commitment. This study aims to examine the influence of coworker support and work commitment on job stress among online motorcycle taxi drivers in South Jakarta. Employing a quantitative approach, this research collected data through a Google Form-based questionnaire distributed directly to online motorcycle taxi drivers, yielding 135 responses analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) to evaluate the relationships between variables. The findings indicate that coworker support has a significant effect on job stress, with a p- value of 0.002, underscoring the critical role of interpersonal relationships in mitigating stress levels. In contrast, work commitment does not significantly affect job stress, as evidenced by a p-value of 0.892.
