Abstract

The use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in mapping oil palm plantations has become one of the effective methods in land management and monitoring. This study aims to map the Darunnajah 6 oil palm plantation in Muko-Muko, Bengkulu, using GIS. Spatial data were obtained through field surveys and satellite imagery. The mapping results were used to identify land boundaries, topography, and distribution of oil palm plants. This study shows that the use of GIS can improve the efficiency of plantation management. The implementation of this technology can also support the sustainability of plantation operations through better resource management.
