This study aims to determine how much influence the Inventory Control and Maintenance have on the operational performance of loading and unloading containers at PT Mitra Sentosa Abadi. The problem of planning and controlling inventory is one of the most important things that must be faced by every company. Without inventory, the company will be faced with the risk that the company will not be able to meet customer demands on time. In this phenomenon, the risk that will occur if the Inventory Control and Maintenance is not good can have an impact on operational performance. As the results of this study indicate that Inventory Control and Maintenance is very influential on operational performance. Sample selection using purposive sampling method with a total of 80 people. The result of this research is the influence between Inventory Control and Maintenance together with operational performance. The value of the correlation coefficient (R) is positive at 0.744 and R square is 0.553. This means that it shows that Inventory Control and Maintenance has a positive and significant effect of 55.3% while the remaining 44.7% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.
