Pengaruh Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Studi pada Galleon Coffee di Petukangan Selatan)
Abstract
Advances in information technology influence the behavior and lifestyle of developing communities in
Indonesia. This results in a new habit of consuming coffee. Now there is a culture of hanging out in coffee
shops in various places. With the ever-increasing popularity of coffee, many business opportunities are
emerging, and many people are joining in. Currently, many coffee shops are starting to appear in big and
small cities, one of these hangout places is Galleon Coffee which is in Petukangan Selatan, South
Jakarta.This research examines the influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction with Galleon
Coffee. In the context of this research, researchers took a sample of 100 respondents who were visitors to
Galleon Coffee in South Petukangan. The test equipment used is testing the outer model, inner model and
hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS 3 (Partial Least Square) application. The results of this research
provide empirical evidence that there is an influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction at Galleon
Coffee in South Sumatra. This research opens up good insights into the sustainability of product quality
and consumer satisfaction. It is also hoped that future researchers will pay more attention and examine
other variables which are also important to use as research material on the influence of consumer
satisfaction. By paying attention to other variables, it will open up insights and references for future
researchers in conducting more in-depth research in the future.
