Abstract

capability on business performance among SMEs in DKI Jakarta. Currently, Indonesia's economic
condition is in a relatively good phase, with small businesses being one of the influential factors. This
research is relevant for examining how entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and innovation
capability affect business performance. The research methodology employs an explanatory approach with
a total population of 243,900 and a sample of 400 selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected
through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation, market
orientation, and innovation capability have a positive and significant impact on business performance.
The limitation of this study lies in the lack of specificity regarding particular business sectors in DKI
Jakarta. This research contributes to improving business performance among SMEs in DKI Jakarta. These
findings are expected to serve as a foundation for efforts to enhance business performance in the region.
