Vol 3 No 2 (2024): Sahaja: Journal Sharia and Humanities

Sahaja: Journal Sharia and Humanities Volume 3 Issue 2 (September 2024) comprises five articles authored by contributors from diverse universities. The first author is associated with Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, Serang (UNTIRTA), the second, third, and fifth authors are associated with Darunnajah University, Jakarta (UDN), and the fourth author is associated with the Indonesian Islamic University, Yogyakarta (UII). The variety of issues presented by different institutions illustrates intellectual property while simultaneously offering a substantial contribution to the advancement of Islamic family law studies in Indonesia.
